How to work out during a charter?
There is rarely a good excuse not to do your workout.


It is super easy to find an excuse for not working out.
I wanted to share how I work out during the charter when the gym is off limits.
I use ship's technical spaces.
I do my chin-ups in the Engine Control Room emergency exit where some beautiful soul mounted a pull-up bar before I joined the ship.
I do my dips in the Engine Room, using the handrails.
And I do my lunges in the Engine Control Room.
This is a simple but effective work out routine and it only takes 15mins a day to start putting on muscle (with appropriate diet, of course).
