Cyber security in 5 minutes

You have 5 minutes to educate new crew member about cyber security. How would you go about it?

Here is my take: I will provide the crew member with as little info as possible to maximize the chance he/she will actually remember it and will be able to implement it in every day life.

Here it goes:

I just need you to remember 4 things:
1. Use strong passwords.
2. Use password manager.
3. Learn how to recognize phishing mail.
4. Do not plug in USB drive or your phone in the computer.

And for the remaining 4 minutes and 52 seconds, I would show him:
- what a strong password looks like,
- how to use password manager,
- 5 examples of phishing mails.
